Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of business relationships with community organizations, real estate professionals, and other referral sources.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including mortgage lending and community outreach initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and referrals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in mortgage loan origination experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $95,000.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
