Retail Media & E-commerce Marketing Strategist

As a Retail Media & E-commerce Marketing Strategist at National Guard Employment Network, you will lead the development and execution of retail media and e-commerce marketing strategies for the Ferrara portfolio across major omnichannel retailers.

You will manage both internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners tasked with retail media and e-commerce marketing execution. Your strong understanding of retail media best practices, challenges, and opportunities will drive collaboration and results with retailers and cross-functional teams.

This role will play a critical part in connecting our brand, sales/e-com, media, customer marketing, and shopper organizations planning and execution to deliver market-leading retail media, e-commerce sales, and 360 activations designed to continue the growth of Ferrara as America's #1 Sugar Manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail media and e-commerce marketing strategies for the Ferrara portfolio
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners
  • Drive collaboration and results with retailers and cross-functional teams
  • Play a critical role in connecting our brand, sales/e-com, media, customer marketing, and shopper organizations planning and execution
Requirements:
  • Prior experience/exposure working hands-on with major CPG retailers; Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target, and other Retail Media networks
  • Strong understanding of both paid search and digital performance driving media tactics (On & Offsite Display, OLV, Shoppable Video, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and integrate macro performance and business data sets (Sales & Share) to generate reporting, insights, and recommendations to drive business outcomes
