Sales Development Representative

At Youth Frontiers, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients in Nebraska and Iowa. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and close sales to meet individual goals developed in collaboration with the sales development manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales outreach and follow up on referrals and inbound sales leads.
- Collaborate with marketing on client communications planning and development.
- Utilize Salesforce correctly and consistently to ensure the platform remains our source of truth for all client interactions.
- Manage personal targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with CRM databases, including Salesforce and FileMaker Pro.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
