We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Resident to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive residency program that includes structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences.
- Work collaboratively with experienced preceptors to develop your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
