Registered Nurse Resident

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse Resident to join our team at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of oncology, immunotherapy, and bone marrow transplant patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in cancer care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or multistate RN license
- Knowledge of human growth and development to modify services to the age and development stage of the patient
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights
- Bachelor's in Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Experience in oncology, bone marrow transplant, or immunotherapy
