We are now accepting applications for the new graduate RN Residency program at Virginia Mason. Our Residency program will prepare you to successfully begin your career as a confident nursing professional.

**Responsibilities:**

* Participate in the National Nurse Residency Program (NNRP)
* Complete an individualized professional development plan
* Attend monthly seminars during the first year of employment
* Develop leadership, patient safety, and professional development skills

**Qualifications:**

* Current and valid Washington State registered nurse license
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
* ACLS and BSN preferred

Most positions are full-time hours per week. Shifts may vary, 8-12 hours in duration. Some positions may require working every other weekend.

**Note:**

This location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
