Join Our Team as a RN Resident/Fellow

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RN Resident/Fellow to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a RN Resident/Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your nursing skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

The RN Resident/Fellow will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services in our Emergency Department. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate nursing functions across the lifespan of individuals, families, caregivers, and populations.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and promote patient safety.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN).
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
