Overview

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a talented RN Residency Progressive Care Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

We are now accepting applications for the National Nurse Residency program at Virginia Mason. This program is designed to support new graduate nurses in their transition to competent professional nurses. The evidence-based curriculum focuses on leadership, patient safety outcomes, and professional development.

Our Residency program offers an individualized professional development plan and monthly seminars conducted during the first year of employment. This program will prepare you to successfully begin your career as a confident nursing professional.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a current and valid Washington State registered nurse license. ACLS and BSN are preferred. Please note that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
