About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
