Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Resident to join our team at Providence Swedish. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
