RN - Clinical Decision Unit Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
