Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Clinical Decision Unit to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our Observation Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
