Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Charge to join our Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a RN Charge, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and CNAs, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and CNAs to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Ensure the unit is running efficiently and effectively, meeting quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
