RN - Clinical Decision Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Clinical Decision Unit Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
