Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor

The Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor plays a vital role in the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical best practices to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinic leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical operations.
- Provide education and training to clinical staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
- Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses, and related clinical positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years - Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation, staff training, and performance evaluation.
- 3 years - Experience providing patient education.
