Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Per Diem RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data, making informed decisions to adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
