About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Creative Services Team at POWER Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the workflow platform (Monday.com) and collaborate with team members to optimize its use.
  • Communicate regularly with internal clients, marketing strategists, and other team members to provide project updates and ensure schedules are aligned.
  • Facilitate the completion of creative briefs and enable the creative process to move forward.
  • Assign time estimates for work, with assistance from the Creative Services Management.
  • Schedule project kick-off meetings when necessary.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide project management assistance to help collect assets, troubleshoot missing elements, and assist internal partners with shepherding projects through the pipeline.
  • Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and other creatives to plan, schedule, and execute production events such as photo and video shoots.
  • Coordinate with the communications team (content, tradeshow) and other cross-functional groups to facilitate requests as needed.
  • Champion the brand by informing others of use standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance by consulting and redirecting as needed.
  • Take on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of creative services workflow practices within an agency and or in-house setting.
  • Customer-oriented and detail-obsessed.
  • Proactively and readily inform stakeholders of changes, in a decisive yet collaborative and helpful manner.
  • Communicate clearly with internal clients, team members, and freelancers.
  • Negotiate schedules and diplomatically push back (with a smile) when necessary.
  • Knowledge of a variety of graphic design production practices including the digital space, video, and print within a marketing, design or agency setting.
  • Professional experience troubleshooting problems, completing creative requests, negotiating timelines with stakeholders, managing resources, and communicating at critical intervals throughout the full project life cycle.
  • Experience with all phases of the production workflow cycle and communication touchpoints to deliver a customer-first experience.
  • Rise to expert level with Monday.com in a short amount of time (or alternative workflow platform) via training and developing the vendor relationship.
  • A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or Communications preferred.
