Expected hourly rate ranges from $19.82 to $22.02, depending on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.

Job Summary: This role involves conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial properties, either independently or by coordinating subcontractors for various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
&bull Execute preventive maintenance work orders as per the established schedule.
&bull Perform all tasks safely and professionally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
&bull Possess basic electrical skills for tasks such as emergency lighting, exit signs, and lamp replacement.
&bull Maintain and repair plumbing systems effectively.
&bull Repair and maintain both interior and exterior finishes of buildings.
&bull Paint and perform touch-ups on walls and trim, including tile repairs.
&bull Operate scissor lifts or boom lifts, and work from ladders for tasks like bulb replacement and banner installation.
&bull Accurately complete and submit work orders and related paperwork in a timely manner.
&bull Ensure facilities are kept clean and orderly, including trash removal as necessary.
&bull Modify furniture within the facility as required.
&bull Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Site Manager or Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

&bull GED or equivalent; completion of a two-year college or technical trade school program, or a combination of training, education, and experience.
&bull One to three years of mechanical experience preferred, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
&bull Valid driver's license required.
&bull Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; capable of writing routine reports and correspondence; effective communication skills before groups of customers or employees.
&bull Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning are essential.
&bull Must be able to comprehend and apply Standard Operating Procedures and Local Operating Procedures in daily tasks.
&bull Adaptability to rapidly changing situations is crucial.
&bull Willingness to work overtime on short notice is required.
&bull Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
