Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify, prospect, and establish new business relationships within target industries to grow the client base for both Quality Spraying Technologies and A & H Duffy Polishing and Finishing Co.
  • Account Management: Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling related products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by both companies to provide consultative sales solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales plans for new and existing clients, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and close deals that meet the revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to strategically position our offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, including pipeline management, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management review.
  • Client Support: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial services, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
