Customer Service Representative

At Northwell Health | GoHealth Urgent Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for all locations and provide information to patients and customers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and resolution-focused manner.
- Provide service information and troubleshoot problems to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Enter new patient information into the system and update existing patient information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Route calls to the appropriate resource and follow up with customers as needed.
- Document all call information according to standard procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Medical Assistant experience preferred.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and electronic medical records.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to interact and treat all persons with fairness, respect, and sensitivity to cultural and social differences.
