Ascend Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support a prominent commercial real estate management and development firm focused on sustainability and diversity. This role is crucial for managing marketing initiatives across the west coast portfolio, which includes active facilities and space management.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the VP of Asset Management and the Leasing Director at The Mills Building. The individual will be responsible for outlining effective marketing strategies tailored for the small suite marketing program, developing actionable plans, and executing these recommendations. Additionally, the Coordinator will contribute to the creation of brand assets, organize promotional events, and collaborate with project team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage an Instagram account to promote small suite spaces.
  • Post listings on various platforms including Facebook, Craigslist, Loopnet, Co-Star, Crexi, Commercial Edge, and AIR/Catalyst.
  • Investigate Google Ads and other advertising methods to enhance visibility for The Mills Building in searches for small office spaces.
  • Design targeted marketing flyers for small suites.
  • Update the website for The Mills Building to feature small suite offerings.
  • Research local psychology and law schools, among other potential tenant sources interested in small suites.
  • Create a list of local medical facilities for the Leasing Manager to utilize in outreach efforts to prospective tenants.
  • Innovate and present new marketing ideas to the Leasing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative Coordinator role, with a strong emphasis on marketing preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exhibit professionalism, reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show a proactive approach and willingness to take on additional responsibilities to assist team members.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
