Customer Service Team Lead - ePayment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Team Lead - ePayment. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience and training teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they meet their performance goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
