The individual in this role will work as a leader of several client teams developing business with clients on a wide variety of engagements covering topics such as financial modeling, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues, litigation, reinsurance, pricing, and product development. The Role
- Generate new business opportunities with existing clients and expand into new markets
- Lead large and complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality results
- Manage and direct more junior colleagues, overseeing analysis and tool development to ensure a high-quality work product
- Share knowledge and experience with other colleagues, promoting best practices and expertise
- Mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance and support for career development
- Collaborate with other team members on project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Review peer work products as a quality control measure, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Lead client correspondence, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and relationship-building
- Lead meetings and interactions with clients, managing expectations and escalating issues to Client Relationship Managers as needed
- Develop and lead elements of intellectual capital, driving innovation and growth in our service offerings, such as Predictive Analytics, Financial Modeling, Experience Analysis, and Regulation Changes
- Complete continuing education requirements to maintain SOA credentials, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
