Job Description

Frank Winston Crum Insurance is a leading provider of Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies, offering flexible coverage and payment options to meet the diverse needs of businesses.

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries, fostering enriched relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Analyze and recommend process improvements, documenting changes and maintaining pre- and post-change documentation.
  3. Assist with general questions, payments, and inquiries regarding policies and commissions, ordering policy audits, and tracking progress.
  4. Organize and file policy documents and information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Assist with issuing refunds and commission checks, as well as preparing monthly journal entries by gathering claims details and assembling data for review.
  6. Reconcile GAAP and STAT reporting, as well as assist with accounts payable processing and monitoring accounts receivables balances.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of experience in customer service, administrative, or accounting roles.
  • Active use of required technology, including Visio, MS Office Suite, Access, Data Mapping, and Call center software.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are essential.
