Position Overview

Evara Health, a prominent not-for-profit healthcare organization, has been dedicated to serving the community for over 40 years. With numerous locations throughout Pinellas County, we are seeking a committed Contact Center Representative to enhance our team in Clearwater.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Accurately document call details in our electronic health record system.
  • Gather necessary information to determine the nature of calls and record all required data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Schedule patient appointments, pre-register patients, and verify insurance details.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Utilize various reports to manage patient appointments and follow up as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient contact attempts and successful communications.
  • Prepare monthly reports or as requested by management.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in navigating electronic health record systems.
  • Strong basic computer skills.
  • Mathematical proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a call center or healthcare front office setting.
