Job Title: Principal Product Manager: Mid-Market Verticals

Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a top QuickBooks Mid-Market initiative on the Payments Experience team.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned product manager to define the short- and long-term product strategy for Accounts-Receivable and Payments products on Quickbooks, to deliver acquisition and run the business experiences for Construction and Professional services customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute impactful product strategies for the target industries, solving for the growth objectives and customer needs
  • Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes through direct delivery and Partnership with core product teams
  • Lead a global cross-functional team, including engineering, design, and product functions across time zones
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, including leading groups to make informed decisions even in the absence of perfect data
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record in B2B product management delivering features that solve core customer needs, coupled with familiarity with the financial technology industry and the needs of medium-sized businesses
  • Experience with the Construction and or Professional services industries is preferred
  • Ability to translate the needs of 'buyers' in the B2B sales cycle into features that significantly reduce work or increase value for the 'employee' user of the product
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and astutely leverage internal and external technologies to create innovative solutions, including adept use of artificial intelligence and automation
