Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant - Applied Behavior Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising Assistant Behavior Consultation-ABA and Behavior Health Technician-ABA staff, ensuring compliance with best practice standards and treatment models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Assistant Behavior Consultation-ABA and Behavior Health Technician-ABA staff to ensure adherence to adopted best practice standards and treatment models.
  • Provide child, caregiver, and 1:1 staff support and BHT-ABA psycho-education regarding the child's diagnosis and learning style and behavioral interventions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with Commonwealth IBHS regulations.
  • Review and update assessments, utilizing standardized assessment and screening tools.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Requirements

  • Licensed in the Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
  • Certification as a BCaBA or equivalent experience in ABA services.
  • Minimum of one year of full-time experience providing behavioral consultation services, including ABA principles, writing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing oversight and behavioral technique training to direct care staff and families.
