Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Consultant to join our team at Comhar Inc. as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist. The successful candidate will provide behavioral intervention consultation services to the treatment team for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized behavioral modification intervention plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to implement the intervention plan and provide consultation services as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community agencies, and families to ensure comprehensive support for children and adolescents
  • Provide training and technical assistance to treatment team members on behavioral intervention strategies and techniques
  • Participate in regular peer reviews and adhere to all paperwork guidelines and timelines
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
  • Experience in behavioral intervention and consultation services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with treatment teams and families
