Job Summary

COMHAR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant/Mobile Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Consultant/Mobile Therapist, you will provide behavioral intervention consultation services to support children, youth, and young adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to design and implement individualized behavioral modification intervention plans.
  • Conduct client assessments and observations to inform intervention planning.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans, providing instruction to treatment team members on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Consult with treatment teams to address implementation challenges and revise plans as needed.
  • Adhere to paperwork guidelines and CASSP principles.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
  • Experience in ABA services, or licensure as a psychologist with ABA training.
