Job Summary

Comhar Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant/Mobile Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Consultant/Mobile Therapist, you will provide behavioral intervention consultation services to the treatment team for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized behavioral modification intervention plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to implement the intervention plan and provide consultation services as needed
  • Observe and assess the child's behavior in various settings, including school, community, and home
  • Develop and implement behavioral plans that complement existing services and support the child's needs
  • Provide regular documentation and reporting of services provided
  • Participate in monthly peer reviews with a licensed psychologist to ensure the effectiveness of the intervention plan
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
  • Experience in ABA services and training in behavior analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the treatment team and provide consultation services as needed
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
Compensation

$36.00-$40.00 per hour for individual services, $42.00-$44.00 per hour for group services, and $15.75 per hour for training services
