Product Marketing Manager

Join our team at Re:Sound as a Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the engagement and continued development of our brand. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is primarily responsible for two key areas: first, supporting the strategy, implementation, and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, with a critical focus on content acquisition and planning across various channels, as well as managing social media strategies and digital media programs for our brand. Second, this role serves as the key member-facing liaison within internal teams and with members, driving the certification process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the acquisition and planning of content across digital platforms, ensuring it meets the strategic goals of increasing engagement, awareness, and patient conversion.
  • Oversee the social media content calendar and creation process for our brand. Coordinate closely with external and internal teams, including social media support and video production, to deliver compelling and engaging content.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, supporting certified member onboarding and sponsorship development.
  • Drive the development, enhancement, and management of the certification process for our members.
  • Develop and implement a cross-channel media strategy designed to increase awareness of our brand across all paid and traditional media channels.
  • Work with media teams to deliver comprehensive reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist with the development and coordination of live events, virtual webinars, and training sessions, ensuring they meet the needs of partners and enhance the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and collaborative, with strong time-management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing communicator with a service mindset, eager to adapt, learn, and pivot as business needs evolve.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, particularly web and social media management.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership over performance and its impact on company success.
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive approach to supporting clients and internal teams alike.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000-$100,000 per year, DOE.
