Job Title: Automotive Marketing Coordinator

At Dick Hannah Dealerships, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Automotive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. As an Automotive Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in optimizing our digital presence by supporting the team to maximize their productivity and resource use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  • Traffic creative ad units (social, broadcast, radio, print, etc.).
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Attention to detail and proof reading.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Deadline-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Products and Asana (or project management software). Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
