Buzz Brands - Corporate is in search of a proactive and customer-focused Administrative Operations Manager to oversee our thriving outdoor lighting enterprise. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering customer relationships, enhancing sales performance through various communication channels, and managing all operational aspects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients through inbound sales calls
  • Initiate outreach to current customers via phone, text, and email
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients
  • Oversee customer work orders, invoicing, and billing processes using management software
  • Direct and coordinate technicians, service schedules, and logistics
  • Manage inventory for lighting supplies
  • Supervise financial operations with corporate support
  • Promote the business through local marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management, ideally within a service-focused environment
  • Demonstrated success in consumer sales
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficient in POS and CRM software
  • Positive and proactive mindset
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience in leading a team of technicians
  • Familiarity with financial statements and comfortable with numerical data
  • Motivated to achieve business objectives while effectively managing costs
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time role with standard hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend work or extended hours during peak periods
