CorVel Corporation is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee the execution of production objectives and enhance operational processes. This pivotal role involves providing both strategic direction and hands-on support to the Capture Center, ensuring effective service delivery to clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining quality standards by evaluating performance against established procedures while promoting continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve exceptional operational outcomes aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
  • Formulate and execute a strategic plan aimed at optimizing production workflows for sustainable efficiency improvements.
  • Anticipate and strategically plan resource requirements in response to volume changes and anticipated growth to fulfill customer needs.
  • Develop, implement, and assess a comprehensive performance measurement framework utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Mentor and guide the team, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Motivate and engage team members to deliver outstanding results.
  • Champion continuous enhancement in quality, efficiency, and overall service delivery.
  • Ensure team accountability for performance outcomes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, manufacturing, or business administration is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing defined KPIs.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a production setting with direct management experience in similar processes.
  • Familiarity with structured methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience leading a diverse team of managers and staff; ability to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Certified Lean Practitioner- CLP) or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) are advantageous.

COMPENSATION:

CorVel employs a market-based approach to compensation, and salary ranges may vary based on location. Pay rates are determined by factors such as federal, state, and local minimum wage laws, geographic differentials, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. Salary ranges are subject to change.

For roles at different levels (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be assigned to a different level based on evaluations during the interview process, considering experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position. This level may influence the salary range, and any adjustments will be clarified during the offer stage.

Salary Range: $78,826 – $121,703
