About the Role

Elite Sourcing LLC is looking for an Area Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a sales team, developing and executing sales plans, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data to optimize performance and making recommendations for improvement.

A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the B2B sales process.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000, based on experience. Please note that this remote position requires the candidate to reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
