Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at SMS. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in the St. Louis area.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business ownership experience and/or face-to-face direct sales experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary. We value self-motivated and self-disciplined individuals who can work effectively with little or no supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing for appointments received from assistant the day prior
- Directing 2-3 sales appointments daily with owners of small to medium-sized businesses
- Contacting Business Coordinator with feedback from appointments and sharing new business lead opportunities
- Reviewing the day's successes and challenges with your Sales Manager

- This is a commission-only position with residual income and daily cash bonuses
