Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Greater St. Louis Area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs and present our products and services
  • Deliver impactful presentations to local businesses to acquire new accounts and foster growth
  • Develop a sustainable referral network using our proven methods
  • Maintain a list of important clients to ensure ongoing relationship development
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred but not required
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Establish trust and rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Compensation Package:

$80,000+ at plan commission
