Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front End Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of front end machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on front end equipment, including daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
  • Diagnose and repair front end production and support equipment in a timely and safe manner.
  • Train and mentor Front End Maintainers on equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct regular machinery inspections to ensure alignment, wear, and operating efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and test results.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Ensure all work areas and machines are clean and well-maintained, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Utilize precision measurement devices to ensure accurate equipment calibration.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Basic understanding of electrical components.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
