Job Summary:

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Front End Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of front end machinery by performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks on front end equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair front end production and support equipment in a safe and timely manner.
  • Train front end maintainers on equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
  • Perform periodic machinery testing and inspection to determine alignment, wear, and operating efficiency.
  • Complete required documentation on machine maintenance and test results.
  • Assist in other areas as needed to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to company safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components.
  • Ability to use precision measurement devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
