Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front End Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of front end machinery through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on front end equipment to minimize unscheduled downtime.
  • Recognize and correct unsafe conditions, guarding, procedures, or personnel actions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with front end production and support equipment.
  • Train Front End Maintainers on equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct periodic machinery testing and inspection to determine alignment, wear, and operating efficiency.
  • Document machine maintenance and test results.
  • Assist in other areas as needed to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components.
  • Ability to use precision measurement devices.
