Job Title: Director of Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development to join our team at Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts, developing and implementing a comprehensive fund development plan, and building relationships with key stakeholders to secure funding for our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve LTYC's revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, major gifts, and corporate sponsorships
  • Manage and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals
  • Collaborate with the LTYC team to develop and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship plan
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of fundraising progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as non-profit management, business, or public relations
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit setting
  • Proven track record of success in securing funding and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
