MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Branch Operations Leader. In this role, you will manage all aspects of staffing, recruitment, and operational functions for MAU. Collaborating closely with branch personnel, the Branch Operations Leader will execute strategic initiatives to enhance client service, ensure optimal resource distribution, foster team unity, and oversee onsite management responsibilities. You will also engage with clients to nurture relationships and devise effective staffing strategies. The Branch Operations Leader is responsible for all personnel, processes, and operations within the branch.

Shift Information
  • Standard workweek, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as required

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma/GED with over 10 years of relevant professional experience in HR, business management, or staffing
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR or staffing
  • At least 4 years in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Experience in strategic B2B client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Human Resources
  • Over 8 years of related experience
  • Senior HR Certification (SHRM_SCP or SPHR)
  • Experience in staffing industry or HR in manufacturing settings
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Training in root cause analysis and data analytics
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding account status and strategies to uphold high service levels
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of staff and onsite personnel
  • Enforce company policies and procedures as necessary
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Ensure accountability for recruiting metrics and operational standards
  • Collaborate with the Internal Business Analytics team to align analyses with strategic objectives
  • Prepare and present business reviews and market analyses for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage staffing teams, including Specialists and Coordinators
  • Oversee all operational processes, including budget management, data integrity, and compliance with ATS
  • Ensure effective operational strategies are implemented at client sites
  • Identify and mitigate workplace hazards to promote safety
  • Conduct daily team meetings to align on priorities and objectives
  • Develop and maintain orientation programs for new hires
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to enhance applicant flow
  • Support Business Development in onboarding new clients
  • Prepare proposals and service agreements for new and existing accounts
  • Participate in client business review meetings to discuss performance trends
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development
  • Address any client invoicing issues promptly
  • Assist in budget preparation with senior management
  • Engage in community functions as a representative of the company
  • Perform audits on new hire documentation regularly
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position oversees all branch operations and staff, including temporary associates, and is responsible for their hiring and performance management.
Work Environment
  • Responsibilities may take place in various settings, including administrative and manufacturing environments
  • Conditions may vary from non-temperature-controlled areas to clean room environments
Physical Requirements
This role may require:
  • Ability to lift and carry items as needed
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to navigate stairs
Travel Requirements
  • Minimal travel required, primarily to local client sites
