Your Responsibilities as a
Store Manager:
You will oversee the operations of a single location. This encompasses, but is not limited to, recruiting, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership is crucial to the success of your store.
To equip you for success, we offer an extensive training program lasting 8 weeks or more.
Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:
You will assist in managing the operations of a single location. This includes, but is not limited to, recruiting, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your contribution is vital to the success of your store. To prepare you for success, we provide a training program lasting 3 weeks or more.

Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Food Safety Certification:
Serve Safe certified.
ADA Compliance:
While performing duties, counter areas may be hot with steam from food preparation. Workspaces can be limited, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for extended periods. Employees must prepare both hot and cold foods, utilize kitchen equipment, and work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Employees should be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters that are 36 inches high to serve customers. Kitchens are typically hot, and noise levels can be elevated; storage space is often limited, and shelving may be high. Employees must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess effective verbal communication skills, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts or challenging situations.
