About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Ad Sales team at Rokt, a leading ecommerce company. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth across our Rokt ECommerce product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify new areas of opportunity and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and other decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client interactions and maximum performance across the sales cycle
Requirements
  • 7+ years of high-performance sales experience with a proven track record of selling high-value solutions
  • 3+ years of marketing technology or ecommerce sales experience preferred
  • 3+ years of pioneering new products to market
  • Professional client-facing skills, including polished, articulate, and credible communication
  • A true solution seller with a burning desire to uncover and understand client problems and create solutions to solve them
  • A creative and curious mind that leverages creative problem-solving skills to uncover and develop new ideas and revenue opportunities
  • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for customers, colleagues, and the company
  • A proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships at the C-level and throughout the organization
  • Experience running large, complicated deals across multiple internal stakeholders and departments
