Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized assistance to guests, including making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local events, attractions, and services, and be able to provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as arranging for flowers or gifts, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services and amenities, and be able to provide guests with information on our facilities and offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local area and attractions, with the ability to provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
