Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in an office setting, including direct patient care, courtesy rounds, and home health visits as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and facilitation.
- Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in our electronic medical record system.
- Participate in community events as UHealth ambassadors and represent our organization with professionalism and excellence.
- Collaborate with our clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- M.D. from an accredited, US-based medical school (or foreign equivalent).
- Completion of Internal Medicine residency training program.
- Florida license to practice medicine (or eligible to obtain).
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM).
- 10+ years of ambulatory care practice experience in Executive Health, Concierge Medicine, and/or General Internal Medicine.
- Demonstrated expertise and commitment to excellence in patient care and education.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system (preferred).
