Front Desk Concierge

LIVunLtd is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Front Desk Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, anticipating the needs of our residents, and delivering 5-star level services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent LIVunLtd's brand and culture, embodying the values of excellence in customer service.
  • Greet residents in a professional and warm manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Arrange premium tickets to in-demand events, sporting events, and concerts.
  • Act as a point of reference for residents, providing assistance and information on events, excursions, transportation, dining, and more.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby venues and businesses to make informed recommendations.
  • Answer phone calls, make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls.
  • Respond to complaints and work to find a satisfactory solution.
  • Maintain a high level of quality service by enforcing customer service standards and analyzing and resolving customer service problems.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Adhere to LIVunLtd policies and procedures, as well as productivity standards.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested by your manager.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of high-end customer service experience (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options.
  • Excellent instincts and communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.

The Front Desk Concierge position with LIVunLtd offers $18 per hour, dependent upon location and skills. LIVunLtd is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, vendors, and clients.
