Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Gale Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize hotel systems and applications to streamline communication and enhance the guest experience.
  • Promote in-house amenities and services, including dining and wellness options.
  • Assist with event planning, excursions, and transportation arrangements as requested by guests.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each guest.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a concierge or customer service role.
  • Condo or hotel experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. The physical demands of the role include prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
