Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Benefits Team as a Senior Specialist in Leave Management and Employee Accommodations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for employees navigating leave of absence, disability, and accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and its leave administration provider, facilitating effective communication with employees.
- Oversee case management for leave requests, addressing complex inquiries and adapting to individual employee circumstances to ensure a supportive leave experience.
- Collaborate with employees, management, and HR Business Partners throughout the leave process, providing guidance and education at each stage.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on leave programs, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote the success of specialized leave policy initiatives across the company.
- Conduct informative sessions, both group and individual, regarding leave and disability benefits available to employees.
- Perform in-depth analyses of leave, accommodation, and disability cases, identifying areas for improvement and compliance.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams on regulatory matters related to leave and accommodation policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and medical documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant leave and accommodation laws, including FMLA and ADA, to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Benefits administration, with a minimum of three years in Disability and Leave Management.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory disability plans and federal/state leave regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS and benefits databases.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive information.
