Loss Prevention Specialist

The Asset Protection Specialist plays a critical role in preventing financial loss and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates. This position is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, investigating incidents, and implementing strategies to minimize loss and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and develop recommendations for improvement
- Monitor CCTV and exception reports to identify potential security risks
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security protocols
- Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries
- Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement as needed
